what’s woot’s return policy if the shoe don’t fit? Their sizing chart says I should get a 10 but most other shoes I wear an 11.

Sooo, long story short is we don’t do returns/exchanges on sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. CS will work with you if there’s a damage/defect issue, though.
