Are the measurements listed anywhere? I want to know the width/depth of the mudroom rack, specifically.

Yes, looking for the same thing–on the shoe rack. space between shelves too?

Found this (http://www.macsports-store.com/The-Origami-Mudroom-Rack-p/mdr-bl.htm):
Open Dimensions: 36.8"W x 21.5"D x 66.9"H

Folded Dimensions: 50.1"D x 21.7"W x 4.7"H

Are there really people whose storage needs are so sporadic that even their storage shelving must fold up for storage?

It’s the ease of setup that is so great. I don’t take mine down, but the setup is a snap. You just have to screw the wheels on if you want wheels…

If you need to move, I don’t worry about damaging the integrity of the shelves! Additionally, sometimes I like to rearrange everything and these shelves make it easy!

‘No assembly required’? Huh? Take the shoe rack. Why is there an assembly video on the product page? It shows the person unfolding and locking the main structure and inserting the middle shelf into the unit.

‘No assembly’ would mean the shoe rack requires no manipulation by the customer to be in a usable state… such as a solid wood shoe rack with no moving parts. Maybe what you meant was ‘No tools required to assemble.’

Sorry about that, I’m checking in with our team, hopefully we’ll have specs up pretty soon.

+1 for Origami racks in general. I got the utility shelf 2-pack one of the previous go-rounds, and have been immensely happy with the sturdiness (I use one for tools and such) and the portability (I have moved 2x since I bought mine, and also have repurposed them multiple times, so this actually is a useful trait).

I keep waiting for the kitchen cart/island to be one of these deals.

What appears to be the same “mudroom” rack as this one is on sale at HSN.COM for $99 with free shipping–and if you’ve not shopped there before, you MAY get an offer for a 15 percent discount if you sign up for their e-mail when you get to the page. And if you want, you can split it into two payments.

I will say I LOVE the two large Origami racks I got here–and I love them for the ease of setup. I hate putting things together. These are a breeze. At some point I may wish to move them to different rooms, and that is do-able with these racks. Were they not foldable, it would be pretty darn hard to move them on your own.

That’s on sale at HSN.com for $99 too, but the shipping is nearly $18. (I actually never shop at HSN, to speak of. But I know they carry origami so I checked looking for measurements for the ‘mudroom’ rack. )

Sorry, I meant to post this earlier: but we were able to lower our price on that one to $89.99 to remain competitive.

Indeed. It’s the $18 shipping that kills. Brings it right back up to everyone else’s price, which isn’t unreasonable to begin with, I suppose. I’m just being totally silly about spending it.
