Update: Found the manual after a quick email to Vizio (thanks!). Looks like the image cutoff problem is due to the source formatting: my satellite box is set to deliver a wide-screen HD picture to the 42" Vizio; it can’t simultaneously deliver a “regular” picture to the little TV. Oh, well.
So far the 23" is working well and has excellent picture and sound. The 48" gets installed later today.
Finally got around to opening to install (out of short 90 day refurb warranty). Plugged in and it wouldn’t turn on.
Out of short warranty period = out of luck. Beyond disappointed w/ Vizio & Woot Customer Service. Will not use Woot again and encourage others the same.
