I have a 55" samsung Smart TV that works really well. Out of the box, the only thing I had to change was the motion plus, which makes everything look like a soap opera. Other than that, the features are nice, the wifi works well, and the sound is pretty decent too.

I too don’t think this is a deal. $50 more for the Best buy non re-furbished unit. I’ll spend $50 more plus tax for a new one.

Note that 120 CMR TV on 40" is a cryptic way of advertising 60 Hz TV on steriods(Clear Motion Rate uses backlighting, not to be confused with 120 Hz TV’s)
