It’s actually a duvet cover. Take your ratty old comforter and slap the duvet cover on it- voila! Looks perfect now!

They can be a pain, though, trying to get a comforter into.

Dor the manufacturer- does the duvet cover have buttons or a zipper? One side or along two sides?
