I’m a pretty experienced home cook and baker, and my kitchen is very well stocked, but I have to say I have never even heard of an oval cheese cake mold.
So why do I want one all of a sudden? LOL!

What’s held me back is that I don’t have any ideas for what I’d use it for. I’m not going to make Japanese cheesecake (too fussy, with the separated eggs) and am happy with my current bread pans and bread machine. Do you have any other suggestions? I’m still open to purchasing, but I’d need a reason.
I don’t know what to actually make in it. I just like to collect pans I use once and then have to find a place to store them.
