Oh, that’s clever… just learning Japanese myself, so I had to get a little Google Translate help. It’s apparently a pun. The characters read “fukurou”, which is the sound of the word for “owl”, but the characters translate more like “no troubles”.

Eh, looks like a “bad word filter” problem. Those characters should read “Fu” “Ku” “Rou”.
