I buy the smoked salmon at Costco for $14.89/lb and that stuff is amazing good. All natural wild caught too.
Please tell me why this Salmon is so much better.
ok, I just spoke to my mom. here it is verbatim(over the phone):
Take a fork and crumple up salmon.
Get a white onion and grate finely- about a table spoon
A couple of shakes of red wine vinegar
Add mayonnaise to the consistency you want- Best foods
For a cup of salmon, you’d put in a quarter cup of mayonnaise
But make sure it’s not too wet/moist
Adjust to taste, but it should have a little bite to it.
Recommend Ritz Crackers.

Why did Woot email buyers, refund purchase price and tell us to throw it away? Luckily I bought mine for a Christmas gift and had not opened it yet. But what if I had? Just how dangerous was this?
We don’t have specifics. We were told what the email said - potential safety issue.
The email said to throw out salmon bites with a best by date of 9/17/2017, but my package reads 9/27/2017. Is one of the dates a typo or is mine ok?
