Has anyone else noticed the declining quality of service lately? Recently I ordered some sunglasses that Woot refunded a week later with no reason why. Then I ordered some stuff that has been waiting for shipment for 2 weeks. What the Woot is going on?

Hello. Usually a refunded order means that the inventory wasn’t there due to miscounting, damage, or something else.
For any order you’re waiting on, make sure you check your order history to review the estimated delivery date that was given when you ordered. The one that I see you waiting on has an ETA of 7/10 so not late at this time.
Make sure to reach out to customer service if you have questions. CS doesn’t monitor forums.
