My first experience with your Deep Sea Red was on a trip to CA, and was very impressed. Came back to FL and got my local wine shop to get this in their stock. I’m very intrigued to try your cab. Just checked out your website and would also love to try your Merlot and Pinot. Thanks for putting this up on Woot!

Mine (3 bottles—this is my first time trying this winery) just arrived about an hour ago via FedEx. Would anybody on this comments section have a suggestion or two regarding how long it needs to breathe (we seem to find 4 hours works pretty well for us on average) and how long to wait for peak/optimum maturity before opening them?
