I suspect the RAM is not upgradable on this unit. Correct, right?

Do you know if the hard drive can be replaced with an SSD drive?

According to the Owners Manual, it does support upgrading the RAM and hard drive.

While it may not support it, not sure where you saw that. I just searched for hard drive and memory in the manual and there are instructions for removing both.

I assume that if you can remove a hard drive, you can replace it with one of the same dimensions.

Also, I went to crucial.com and entered the model number and it indicated the RAM is upgradable.
