Are these refurbished by Dell directly or a third party? Are batteries replaced or are these the original batteries?
They are refurbished by a third party. If an item is serviced by the manufacturer, we call it “Factory Reconditioned”.
Batteries are checked to make sure they have good life remaining. It may not be a new battery.
Anybody have any thought on how theirs is working out, mine’s been pretty good I’ve noticed on a couple spots the bezel around the screen is not as tight as others but I wouldn’t call it loose, sometimes it seems to hang if I’m doing a lot and maybe that’s because it’s in a6 and only 8 gigs of ram but sometimes a simple restart just does the trick ,otherwise no complaints
