I just bought this 3 months ago. It’s a surprisingly good all-in-one. It’s really made by Lexmark, but it will only work with Dell ink, so keep that in mind. It’s also really big. Those are the only downfalls…the scanner is very quick, copying is a breeze thanks to the LCD screen on top, and it’s definitely one of the fastest all-in-ones. Retail at the time was $140 new.
Lexmark has been impressing me more and more lately…I don’t like that the Epsons supposedly stop printing when the cartridges run low. If so, that’s gotta be frustrating.

BUTTSCANS!!! i was worried it lacked a BsIM (Buttscan Integration Module) as many household scanner/copiers do

My Dell speakers looked new, though they were in non-retail boxes. The Logitech 540 speakers were in retail boxes and looked new as well.

Take note, guys. Since the only place you can get replacement ink is Dell then this eliminates quick runs to Staples or Walmart when you procrastinate and run out of ink just as you are printing out the most important document in your life.
The ink cartridges probably only come from Dell in twin-packs so you will pay a lot for ink. Plus Dell’s exclusive mark-ups. Plus the dang shipping!!! Printers are just about disposable due to high ink prices so if you don’t have to have a second printer and don’t need a fax, it might not be worth the hassles just for a scanner. A big scanner.
