Anybody else receive a device that will not charge?
Hi there. Make sure you let it charge for a good 12 hours. Batteries are often shipped completely drained for safety. If that doesn’t work, please use the Woot Customer Service form for assistance.
I’ll try it but the battery l.e.d. shows no activity and the charge indicator has not budged in 3 hours.
