This maybe a dumb question, but how can it have a wireless mouse and keyboard if under the stats it says no Bluetooth?

Because not all wireless keyboards/mice use bluetooth for the wireless connectivity. Many use a proprietary wireless band to connect their devices.

This computer shows the contents includes a USB Keyboard & Mouse. USB tells me it is not wireless, correct? The similar Dell 23" model adverised at Best Buy says it has a wireless keyboard/mouse and it has blue tooth.

Yes and no. I’m using a wireless mouse right now that’s connected via USB. Still no wires, though. There’s a ‘wireless’ connection, but not a Bluetooth connection.
