Why would you want a touchscreen desktop / laptop? This makes no sense. Your arms would get tired. Windows 7 isn’t made for a touchscreen.
iMac touch is NOT coming until they lay the screen down flat. It’s simple ergonomics. Dell will build you whatever you want.
