Are the USB type C ports thunderbolt 3, or just regular type C?

Based on reviews, the specs listed, and the pictures of the product, these are NOT Thunderbolt 3 ports, just USB type C 3.1 ports (that support DisplayPort alternate mode). Plus, the keyboard is of the low-travel variety. Real shame, because this looks like a winner otherwise.
