Purchased this laptop, was charged. Then after about 2 weeks waiting on “processing shipping” abruptly refunded and cancelled. No reason given. When querying by email, was told “unavailable. Not the way to do business. You also say refund will take 7 days. You held my money for nearly a month. Very bad customer experience.
Hi there. I’m sorry for the cancellation. I see you purchased on 5/7 and were notified of the refund a week later on 5/14. The time for the refund is up to the banks. We submit it immediately but it can some days for the banks to finish the transaction.
