Is this downgradable to windows7 professional?
I’m not staff, but as W8P is native to this computer, Microsoft’s licensing agreement would allow for such.
You are fully responsible for the media and installation. You may need to call in for activation, as Windows 8 and up did away with physical decals/codes.
