The sole Amazon review for this says it came with Win8.1. Can you please confirm that this comes with Windows 10?

Yes it does. It has been reimaged with Windows 10.

And yet, it came with Windows 8.1. The cost to upgrade to Windows 10 is $119.99. I was given a refund of $38.00.

Also, I share my computer with “terry”, who had it before me and whose settings are still on it.
