Hi again, Thunder Thighs. I received this laptop a few days ago, but it has Windows 10 pro whereas the listing said Windows 11 Pro. I cannot find a way to update it other than buying through Microsoft. Is there a code? I thought it would come preloaded (and I don’t want 10 bc it’s obsolete). Thank you!
I’m sorry about Windows. There’s no code. It’s an error in the listing. You can reach out to Woot! Customer Service and see if they can get you a partial refund to cover the cost.

Windows Update will usually prompt to proceed with the W11 upgrade, but if not, follow the links on Microsoft’s page to download W11 and run its installation assistant:
