So bummed.. the laptop that showed up isn’t quite the laptop that is pictured. I received a silver metal model (not the black that is typically rubberized) and it doesn’t have the CAC reader (which I need!). I’ve emailed customer service. Really hoping I can swap for the model shown!!! I have a much older version of it that I love. It’s been so reliable for many years. But I won’t update to Win 11 and the keyboard has warped over the years. Anyway, hoping customer service responds soon with a solution!
Unfortunately, open-box items are often very limited supply goods so the chance of receiving a suitable replacement is possibly low, but, nevertheless, good luck!
Uh, is your keyboard warped because the battery is bulged, AKA a spicy pillow? Disconnect the power, run it down, and STOP using it if that’s the case.
