Can the RAM be upgraded?
According to this video it appears you can.
Maximum RAM appears to be 16 GB and there is only one RAM slot, not the usual two, which may impact performance as the memory will operate in single channel mode.
According to posts in Dell forums this laptop may be able to support 32 GB of RAM with a single SO-DIMM.
