Windows Update will not work. I can’t Windows 10 upgrade to work. I had to extract the license key using a vbs script and Microsoft will not recognize it. No license key with product. HELP!
Sorry you’re having trouble with the update. You might try reaching out to Dell; these laptops have a 3yr warranty with them and they may be able to help troubleshoot.
