Hey @ThunderThighs, I didn’t get a 2 in 1, they mistakenly sent me a Dell inspiron laptop. I did contact customer service however, they never offer to replace or send the correct thing. They always say you have none, even though I see it on sale at the time of the email and for weeks after. I would REALLY like what I ordered and not a refund. I know this isn’t your job, but can you please help a single mom out???
