Needs more info on the i3
This unit is $138 on Amazon
Optiplex 3020 = 4th gen, not officially supported by W11.
Other aspects: memory is DDR3, motherboard has two DIMM slots, PSU is 12VO, included storage is a hard drive, no M.2 slot for storage or WLAN, and a NVME SSD will not natively boot without some BIOS modding.
