Did anyone else get shipped an empty box? I checked my tracking and it says this:
Damage Reported
All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender.
I submitted a message to HQ but have not heard anything back yet.

Odd. Sorry about that. Please give customer service 48-72h to respond.
It sounds like theft in-transit to me.
