i3 is a pretty poor CPU. It will suffice for very basic use cases (media center PC maybe) but you’ll regret it if you intend this to be a daily use computer. You can get better performance for the same price elsewhere. Hell you can get a refurb Lenovo Thinkpad for $100 more with i7, 8GB RAM and an SSD. Plus it’s a laptop.
