Anyone else’s seem like less of a refurbish and more of a garage sale find? The top of mine is all smashed in and the cord, mouse and keyboard were just loose in the box.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

It’s honestly fine as long at the computer runs ok, it’s just going under my work desk but it was surprising.
