We got ours last week and while it is a bit noisy, it does a great job of cooling the upstairs of our little house. The downstairs window AC does not work nearly as hard now. Makes a significant difference!
I am happy with the purchase. Plus, even though it was refurb, it arrived looking and working like brand new.
