Yeah… Imma have to call baloney on the refurbished condition here. No remote in the box to start, unsure if Woot considers that “non-essential” for open box.
Worse is that it doesn’t appear to be refurbished at all… The dust filter is filthy and the cubby where the missing remote would go is caked with dust. This thing was used by someone and not briefly…
I’ll give credit due, though. The box arrived in generally good condition. Contacting CS.

Thanks @ThunderThighs. Someone definitely needs a spanking & time out. I just noticed I wasn’t even sent the correct model. The listing was for the EL390, 4-in-1 with heat. I was sent the EX390, 3-in-1 which does not have heat. Also the swingy-door thingy is badly misaligned and while it opened, it didn’t do the swingy-thing when running.
I reached out to CS for the return label.
Hoping UPS will pick this up because it’s a beast.
