Thanks woot!
Why did I put “Click for Full Comp” on that thumbnail? Completely unnecessary…
Thanks Woot!
Great picks this time around.
Congrats. A few in there I really like.
thanks woot!
Thanks for the All-American honorable mention!
great picks! congrats to the HMs, especially loved let’s all go to the cookout
lol @ “Aww what a cute couple of OH MY GOD ARE THEY EATING PEOPLE?!?”
maybe it’s the positive comments here but the derby results sure look a lot better from this perspective of HMs versus vote rank.
I was really hoping for one this week and amazingly enough my wish came true. Thanks!
Hahaha … I guess it is pretty obvious there’s more to it hahaha. Maybe it should have said “5 more votes please!” Two weeks in a row. Geez. Last week was what? 3 votes. Sorry to have contributed to your 4th place but congrats on the HM. Same for everyone else. There are some great ones here.
Thanks woot!
Thanks woot. Being the print today was super cool and all but HMs are where it’s at!
congrats tgentry, I’ll be pulling for your shirt in the double-take.
Forgive me, for I am new here and not exactly sure of how things work. Do these honorable mentions ever get posted as real shirts?
I had been hoping for the “Some BBQ” shirt to have been posted over the weekend and was disappointed when it wasn’t.
I’ll pick up Some BBQ in a heartbeat if it prints - but really, of all these honorable mentions, you didn’t add the #5-placed “Mongolian BBQ”? :-\
HM-winning designs will be put up for voting a second time in a future Double-Take derby (unless, of course, the artist opts out). Along with the three winning prints, the week following the Double-Take will feature Editor’s Choice prints, where the Woot gods print four under-appreciated shirts from the derby.
If the shirt still isn’t printed, the artist may be encouraged to put it up for sale elsewhere.
Number of votes has nothing to do with receiving an HM.
because most of the time, number of votes is inverse to worth
Worth doesn’t necessarily correlate with HM-reception.
Thanks woot
