Actually Adder, abstract art is usually the arrangement of colours and lines which have little relation to the “real” world… It’s pretty obvious that there are a number of animals in this image…
This design is great, very imaginative, handled in a painterly fashion, very well executed. It’s perfect on white and the colour choices are sublime… Without some minor suggestion of eyes, it does feel incomplete to me, but I will certainly give it a vote, well done!
