This is not even the same. The coffe cup on the top is different and color and typography. Everybody has the same idea, nobody Will invent a wheel twice.i would go to the top one with a totally Starbucks copy and comment something there

It would be nice if woot had a history page of “similar items exists,” for us all to use as a reference. I have been around here for many years and rejections for this have been far and wide. It all comes down to the mood and or the success. If an item is in the fog and woot feels that it could be sued, then they will reject. But I am not clear as to how this is determined. Trust me when I say; stuff has been rejected that is far more dissimilar than yours…
