You’re selling me your awesome app, and then threatening me with all sorts of twisted legal phrases before I’m allowed to use it? Good thing you invested so much in the user experience. “Hey, consumer. I’d love to have you buy lots more of my stuff, so I’m hoping you enjoy the app you just bought. Whoa! Slow down, big boy! First, I need to warn you that I can bring down eight kinds of fury on you if you even think about crossing any one of the following forty-eight legal stipulations when using the app. Here’s a preview: Stipulation One says that if you don’t read this entire twenty-nine page document in a single sitting, and you have the audacity to use this app that you just paid cold, hard cash to acquire, then, at my prerogative and at any point in the future, I can steal all your personal data and sell it to Somali pirates. Except it won’t be theft, because you’re about to sign away your rights by clicking Accept.” It’s like expecting someone to stand staring at a t-shirt for five minutes trying to read a bunch of tiny text. Utterly insane. Just stop.

That is a good idea – if you change the wording to “have not” and put “to” on a line by itself, it will naturally look heart-like.
