Same here. Got cancellation email and refund. Now I click on the same item link and it’s available again! ? WTF? (Woot the F?)
Hi there. We’re not sure what happened with this sale. We’ve taken it down while we investigate. Sorry for the cancellations. That’s definitely not the experience we want.
Update: Well, we found the issue - it was a reporting error. That it, the report showed that we had inventory when we didn’t. Now we’re looking for someone to point the finger at.
