It’s been days and 3 emails with no response to any support ticket. Woot cares more about updating their silly graphics than actual paying customers.

- Please don’t send multiple emails. It clogs the system and puts the tickets at risk of being marked as duplicates.
- Have you allowed 24-48 hours for a response?
- I’ll pass this on to somebody.
- Those are different teams.
- This might be a busy season, as it’s in middle of the birthday week celebrations.
