Did customer service shut down? WHAT GIVES WOOT?!

It’s been days and 3 emails with no response to any support ticket. Woot cares more about updating their silly graphics than actual paying customers.

  1. Please don’t send multiple emails. It clogs the system and puts the tickets at risk of being marked as duplicates.
  2. Have you allowed 24-48 hours for a response?
  3. I’ll pass this on to somebody.
  4. Those are different teams.
  5. This might be a busy season, as it’s in middle of the birthday week celebrations.
