Woot-offs were better with a single category. Somebody had to be charitable and buy things to advance the sale and there were actual discussions on things.

There’re hundreds of things here simultaneously now. Woof offs now are like…Amazon lightning deals. I wonder why that is.

I agree with you. Back in 2004-2005 I used to stay glued to the screen and clicked that orange button like it was crack. F5-F5-F5… Now I still buy hundreds of items a month, but from the mother ship since pricing is almost always the same (sometimes better) and I can think about it.
