Too heavy for hiking, and take longer to set
up than many other options.

That said, these are just great.
Tough, durable and super comfortable.
Definitely worth the extra 20 bucks for the
wider ones. I got mine at Costco a year ago
and they’ve already been used for 50+
nights. My new go-to for car camping situations…

Who here can’t wait to have some obese unwashed hunter farting on you from above? Sounds fun!

Should I buy this before or after I buy the two-story tent? wait a minute, is there such a thing?

World’s First Double-Decker Pop-up Tent

So the Disc-O Ball is an extra option?

check the “embargo” date on that posting…

(they do day/month/year across the pond)

Are these “Tactical”? Because, if I’m going to indulge my prepper, survivalist, quasi-military wannabe fetish I need to be sure all my things are tactical.

Top bunk is only 32" off the ground, so a single-story family tent should do the trick. You could buy 2 and stack the kids 3-high

They’re camo, so of course they’re tactical. Makes it a little hard to find your bed in the tent though, especially if you opt of a camo tent

Link in product description to setup instructions is 404; I hunted them down here.

Ohhh, thanks for the heads up.

Wondering if anyone has used this in the ‘couch’ position and if it’s even reasonably comfortable?

 Now the link is updated but goes to a Woot 404 page.

Late to the conversation, but FYI, the “sofa” configuration is ok…if you like a stiff bar running across ther lumbar area of your back. But stuffing your blankets in front of the bar, in the fold of fabric there goes a long way towards comfort.

as an army vet I can guarantee without a shadow of a doubt these are the single most taciCOOL packable bunk beds on the market they’re so cool magpul is about to build new furniture for it

This time I fixed it myself and it works.
