Disposable Try On Socks Footies 144ct

I use these on my apple trees.
When applied to apples when they are the size of a nickel it prevents ‘apple maggot’ flies (& other bugs) from ruining your apple crop.

How long does that take? 14 days to dress them all up?

LOL…
Well, I do thin out a lot of apples when doing this, otherwise it would take a long time.
I leave 30-40 apples per tree & I have 6 large apple trees.
My apples used to be 100% unusable, now maybe 5% of them get the apple maggots or other bugs in them.

What kind of apples do these socks fit?

Are these compatible with pears?

They fit all of our apples, even the HUGE Wolf River apples (though it’s a tight squeeze for them).
I slip a sock on with a small rubber band (purchased a bag of tiny rubber bands on the Mothership).
They slowly expand as the apple grows.

Good question. Pears may be too long? I don’t know.
Our pear tree caught some weird disease a long time ago & is gone now.

Our neighbor has a pear tree that hangs over our fence. Put some socks on there… That’ll teach em!
