Shows my package is shipping, but it shows the weight is 29.5lbs does that mean I’m only getting half of my order? Or does it just show that but both should come?
Looking at my order summary, both of my items are shipped but not yet delivered. Though the tracking numbers and reality show differently.
Your shipping weight for parts to be delivered seems a bit anemic. You may need to be reaching out to customer service in the near future

There is only one box and this box states clearly that it is part of a set.
Could you tell me when the other box is coming?

Id wait two weeks it seriously took them 13 days to tell me that my package had been shipped in two separate boxes. I sent mine back after a few days and they promised a replacement but I never got it. Then they tried saying the 2nd box was my replacement when the email clearly stated that it was from the 1st order not a replacement. So Id just wait and see if they send you a separate email.
One package was 28lbs and the other was 13lbs I dont know how that equals the 74lb table they promise you either…
I reckon the difficulties y’all had influenced how WOOT! handled mine. Only the first big box with the cabinet parts showed up and the drawer parts never did. WOOT! offered be the option of sending it back for a full refund or a significant partial refund for the drawer parts that didn’t arrive. They responded quickly & efficiently. I’m VERY satisfied with how they handled the problem.
