Only twice amongst thousands of opportunities.
Once on a ferry boat to the Aran Islands, because it was raining very hard which created huge waves, plus all the diesel fumes were totally overpowering. Would not wish that sickness on anyone.
The other was just a months-long vertigo after spending 6 straight fascinating hours underwater (snorkeling). 5 stars, would repeat that anyway.
Love roller coasters and once when passing through Ohio raced through Cedar Point to ride each of them at least once.

Maybe some drunken cameraman work on tv or the Blair Witch project but that’s probably more annoying and makes me look away.

All the freaking time!
I say “no”… but there has been one exception. The vast majority of the time, I have been able to handle whatever happens… However, now that I’m older, I do believe that I have become a little bit more susceptible to feeling a bit queasyfrom spinning. Last year, we went to an amusement park. The kids insisted on riding one particular ride multiple times in a row, and they insisted that I ride with them. It was just a kiddy-ride, but it just kept spinning and spinning and spinning. I think that it was the Tea-Cup ride, as I recall. That’s all it did, though… it went around in a circle, as the teacup spun around and around. By the end of the 3rd go-around, I had had enough of that ride! I seriously thought that I was going to hurl. It was also a particularly warm day in the upper-90s. While my kids were briefly disappointed that I wouldn’t ride that particular ride with them, again, they got over it pretty quickly by the time we got on the next ride (which didn’t involve so much spinning). It’s funny, though… when I was younger, that ride wouldn’t have given me ANY problems at all.

My child gets it if trying to read in a car. But i often read in vehicle unless driving. Supposedly sensory mismatch between labyrinth of ear and visual cortex does it to many people. Prevalence of motion sickness is about 1/3 of people.
If it is a change especially if it starts after head trauma then a Neurologist should be consulted and imaging done. If history of hemorrhagic stroke in family, an MR angiogram considered ($$$ and not often ordered but potentially life saving in the above rare family history scenario).
Car sick, yes, seasick, yes. I even got motion sickness watching someone play a video game. Go ahead, laugh, you cruel s.o.b’s
