yes - and there is no problem with any other wifi enabled device. I even have a cheap wifi blu ray player in the basement which can connect. I even tried making sure other devices were off

all items were tested and in working order… if the item is defective then as for our return policy that has been stated since 2007. we will give you an RMA number to return the item you believe to be defective item to us and we will send you a replacement. In order for us to return to the manufactor you need a RMA number

I am not satisfied with the product. my expectations were low anyways, but somehow when I wasnt able to stay connected to WIFI, my experience and research has enabled me to come to the conclusion that a cheap wifi antenna is probably standard on this as it is standard on some other products that also have the same problem. I was hoping for a little, but got less.

and while I understand that you do not make the policies of your company and this is probably outsourced, all I want to do is be able to read somewhere on the website that refunds are not given.

I agree Dodgenie is a scam site. Just received “Bose” I’m ear headphones that are definitely fake. I’ve verified at my local Bose store that they are fake!
