Are you asking for free photo editing software? Gimpis free and does much of what Photoshop does.
Photofiltre Studio is shareware and about $30 and does the same.

I have also heard of paint.net (http://www.getpaint.net/index2.html, NOT http://paint.net), but I have never used it.
Or you can D/L a copy of Photoshop 7 and I’ll lend you a key. 
why just photoshhop? why not cs?
