After being a woot customer for over 5 years I am skeptical as to the truth to the BOC. I feel like this is an urban myth. Has anyone really ever had the chance at a BOC?

A note: if you have the Woot mobile app, you can try for a Bandolier of Carrots every Saturday at Midnight Central Time by playing the app game (near the bottom of the app on weekends). If you get the minimum required score and the Bandolier of Carrots isn’t sold out, you have the option to purchase one, so be sure to try quickly after it goes live.

They do exist, and I was recently reminded I found the “forgotten projects box” where I chucked the D&D minifig scale size BOCs to print!
