Having an issue with a phone ordered. It made it onto a truck for delivery, but then there was a carrier delay 2 hours later and no additional update via tracking number for the last 3 days.
CS stated that it should be delivered yesterday by 8 am, and if not to contact us using our chat platform. I can’t seem to find said chat platform.
Any assistance would be appreciated, I just opened another ticket in lieu of the aforementioned chat platform while referencing the first ticket.
