I ask because we I ordered one of the video cards most recently on sale and it came in a giant box, that I opened to find a different box with neither return or delivery addrrsss being Woot or Amazon. Inside that box was what I ordered. Nothing said “refurbished” or anything that would indicate used product. Is it in a disclaimer for the website as a whole somewhere?
Hello there! It definitely should have been new. It was fulfilled out of an Amazon warehouse. I’m not sure why they would reuse a box.

I have contacted customer service so many times just trying to get this order to my door; was lucky enough the fedex guy called me direct and brought it to me off route after being told (not asked) that they sent it to a fedex in my city for pickup
the whole process of just getting customer service to undersstand the situation took 4+days over expected delivery; now I just found out another package has met the same fate (no one mentioned this one)…is there a direct line for a supervisor?
