I bought this directly on their website after seeing a “good” video on Chewys but this product did not dissolve anything. It clumped up the hair and left a horrible scum in the tub. I followed the directions explicitly and repeated the steps 3 consecutive times on the same couch cover. Amzn is refusing reviews “due the unusual high amount of reviews requests”. Ironically there are a dozen “free product reviews” that all give it 5 stars. Do not waste your money! I emailed their company support twice and explained in detail, sent pictures, and received ZERO response back from the company.
