Don’t Have Access to Email and Need to Make a Return

Hello,

I need to make a return and did submit my request, but the email that is linked to my account is an old student email I no longer have access to. Because of this I cannot get the return label. I also cannot change my email because I don’t know what my password is because I login with my Amazon account. I submitted an email request days ago providing the email on my account and the email I want it switched to and still no response. I would call but there does not seem to be anyway to call. Does any one have any suggestions?

I need to do this as well. I have sent several emails and only gotten one call to verify and it came at 3 in the morning :/. Any help is appreciated
