I believe the joke is: don’t give a no circle of ships. The double negative may be confusing you.
Anyone else remember when Woot shirts wouldn’t use anything recognizable as copyrighted or trademarked? It was full of original artwork. I miss those days. Now it is just full of pop-culture references hacked together. I guess that is what sells and the customer is always right, but it makes me sad.
